This policy explains what MoonETF collects and why.
What we collect
- Your wallet address when you sign in, and the times you sign in.
- Your Telegram account id and username if you link Telegram (needed for the Bounty Program).
- On-chain activity of your wallet with the platform's contracts, which is public on the blockchain anyway.
- Contact-form messages: the name, email, optional phone number and message you send us.
- Technical data: IP address and browser type, used for security and rate limits.
What we don't collect
No passwords, no email login, and never your private keys or seed phrase.
How we use it
To run your account and the programs, to show your dashboard, to prevent duplicate accounts and abuse, and to answer your messages.
Sharing
We don't sell your data. Blockchain transactions are public by nature.
Keeping data
Account and program records are kept as long as needed to operate the programs and reconcile them with the blockchain.
Your choices
You can unlink Telegram and opt out of Telegram messages in your profile. For other requests write to info@moonetf.com.
