These terms apply to the MoonETF website and platform ("the platform"), run by MoonETF ("we", "us"). By connecting a wallet or using the platform you accept them.
1. The platform
MoonETF runs the ILO token sale, the Bounty Program and the MOON ETF plan for the MOON token (BEP-20, BNB Smart Chain). Valurex is a separate exchange with its own website and terms.
2. Your wallet and account
- You sign in by signing a message with your own Web3 wallet. One wallet is one account.
- You are responsible for your wallet, its private keys and seed phrase. We never ask for them and can't recover them.
- Actions you take from your wallet need a small network fee paid by you.
3. Time and on-chain records
All times are UTC, to the second. For on-chain actions the time of the confirming block counts. A transaction confirmed after a cut-off counts in the next period.
4. ILO, Bounty and MOON ETF
The rules, limits, dates and rates of each program are published on the platform and in your dashboard. Every value can be changed by the administrators; changes apply from the next applicable moment and never change anything already credited, released or burned.
5. Fair use
One wallet and one Telegram account per person. Duplicate or fake accounts may be refused, and credits from them reversed where they haven't been used.
6. No advice
Content on the platform, including the Academy material, is general education and not financial advice.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
